    Default Track Times?

Did anyone get any track times at the track day at Las Vegas Motor Speedway? The latest (February) issue of "Motor Trend" has a comparison of the Corvette ZR1, Ferrari 599, Porsche GT2 and Nissan GTR with times at the infield track at the Speedway, and I was wondering if we had any numbers we could compare with....

    Lap times for the others:

    Corvette ZR1: 56.86 sec
    Porsche GT2: 57.49 sec
    Ferrari 599 GTB: 58.02 sec
    Nissan GT-R: 58.08 sec

I thought red was the fastest.

I don't know if his time was the fastest, but Mark McGowan looked the best going around the track and wore out the tires the fastest!

Yes - I was hoping we might have times for either Mark or Roketman.

Darn Ralphie - I thought YOU were chief of timing and scoring! What---No electrronic gismo's in those flags you were so dutifully waving.

I'm "quite sure" that what ever the Motor Trand times were, they were handily bested by a hand full of GT's at Rally III.

Didn't we drive the track backwards? Would that be a fair comparison?

The "Motor Trend" tests were in the same direction that we used.

Not that we had a timed event, if anyone did time a lap, with all the traffic on the course, it would not be relevant, would it?
