Nice, Looks like the 13 year old tires are the only visible item needing replacement. If its not been hit 275k would be a deal.

If it doesn't say "No Reserve" it has a reserve. $240K was a big step from the previous bid. That's pretty close to where I think it will hammer tomorrow. If that doesn't pass reserve, the seller isn't serious.
