BMW has been given a double Balance of Performance break ahead of next weekend’s Six Hours of Fuji, which will see both the Ford GT and Porsche 911 RSRs slowed for the fourth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship season.

BOP reminds me of the Kurt Vonnegut satirical short story "Harrison Bergeron." In the year 2081, amendments to the Constitution dictate that all Americans are fully equal and not allowed to be smarter, better-looking, or more physically able than anyone else. The Handicapper General's agents enforce the equality laws, forcing citizens to wear "handicaps": masks for those who are too beautiful, loud radios that disrupt thoughts inside the ears of intelligent people, and heavy weights for the strong or athletic.

Congratulations to Priaulx and Tincknell for the podium finsh (3rd) at Fuji.
Ford also wins the manufacturer’s championshipm in IMSA.

Would have also liked to see them get the drivers championship for the 67 team at Road Atlanta yesterday, but still this is awesome. Thanks for the update:thumbsup

Yeah, the loss of the driver’s championship is a bummer, but those guys had a great season and should be proud.
