As best I understand the intent of the new direction, it’s more in keeping with a new Prototype class designation with something like the current Ford GT with a hybrid powertrain. If you appreciate what went into the design of the GT, well,Glickenhouse would be at a serious disadvantage, unless a new form of BoP is implemented that attempts to balance the lower/less funded teams against the likes of Porsche, for instance.
