Ron Pratt's business acumen, and timing of same, is only exceeded by his generosity to various charities. Quite the gentleman.

I have not seen one successfully enforced (medical) in NY in 30 years of administrative practice.
Does require a defense, and may have a geographic component.
Sorry this is off topic.
I still hope Ford prevails against Cena!

If you're talking about employment restrictions, I agree they are more difficult to enforce, but not impossible. They are tightly regulated by statute in most states. I've successfully enforced them and successfully defended against them.

Either way, Cena is a bum. :lol

My prediction is 2.2 mil. Its at best an educated guess :) I agree with Chip, with the cars that have traded hands both selling for 2 million, a charity car is going to bring at LEAST that.......

Since the proceeds are for charity, I'm hoping that the hammer price will be higher than my ~$1.1m estimate. Looking back to Sept, when a La Ferrari Aperta was auctioned off for charity, at Ferrari's 70th anni celebration, it went for $9.96m as compared to a normal price of $3.5m.

With all of our estimates, can't wait to see the actual results.

Cannot wager on line.... I suspect this Forum, with many of us as registered Conservatives , is most likely being monitored by The Muller FBI Team as we speak.
We may end up like Gen. Flynn.
