Aston Martin and Ferrari running significantly faster than the GT's. BOP not doing Ford any favors.

We were told that it won't be known until Friday if any changes to BoP will be made.

TACHY is correct. The 2016 NFGT winning car was not cleaned and retains it's 24 hour race battle scars. It was displayed this year at the Detroit auto show with all the bugs, dirt and body damage just as it finished last year's LeMans race.

Tommy, you forgot one.
Just like the Ferrari team protocol set last year, If given a BLACK FLAG, just ignore and get on the podium.....

Exactly, Ignore All Black Flags. Under the BOP weight here my race strategy: Hang in the back, staying on the same laps, let the Ferrari's, Corvettes, Porsche's and Aston Martin's run each other off the track trying to stay up front then cruse on to victory 1,2,3,4 and bring home the gold! Easy Huh! GO BLUE!

Of course there will be changes. They will add more weight & less boost to the FGTs. I think BOP can be a good idea but they abuse it.

I had lunch with these two characters. Ironically the table they had available for us was right in front of the GT40 picture. Obviously we said we'll take it!

Oh.. boy.. I almost wish he wouldn't have done that. ..lol.. I heard rumors that we might be going to the BOP committee looking for some help! I I'm thinking that's going to be a hard sell at this point...:biggrin
