This is what I've been using on my cars for over 15 years. I start in the spring with a full wash, deliberately with dish detergent, to remove the old wax, then clay bar, then two coats of Turtle Wax paste wax, polish off with detailer and then use the detailer during the rest of the year with a touch up with turtle wax ice liquid wax a couple of times in the middle.

Note: Even though they are referred to as "wax", the Turtle Wax Ice paste and liquid are really a "polish", so do not leave a residue on plastic parts. In fact, I did my whole Mustang front with two coats to make it easier to remove dead bugs and road grime.

Should not be any problem for new Ford GT owners. If you could spend 500 k for a car what's another 30k for some wax?

Applied only by them and if you opt for the "ultimate treatment" package and you do the math it's GBP7800 (about $10K) for this wax job.:willy "...Brough & Howarth’s services are far more complex than the usual car wash and wax. Treatments range from GBP325 up to the ultimate treatment called the "Brough & Howarth Effect," which is charged at GBP65 per hour and will take at least 120 hours to complete".
