I saw a couple local videos of it on my Instagram feed yesterday. I want to know how a competition car is being driven around AZ with no A/C in mid 90's. Yikes I'd be drenched in sweat!

..you buy a battery operated fan with an 'water-mister' attached.
Use double sided adhesive Velcro to attach it to the flat plate where the radio-navigation screen is located on the standard vehicles.
fill the water, turn on the fan, aim toward driver.
