That is already a horrible experience, and you said there is more to it. I would think you would have some kind of recourse, and I'm sure one of the barristers on the forum may have advice. That leather looks like it would be very difficult to repair, seems odd that the rear damage is sun damage. Almost looks like something scraped it. I feel for you. I've done the same thing a few times and have not gotten burned like that. I bought a 2005 DB9 Volante a couple years ago from Marshall Goldman, sight unseen. It had 3900 miles on it and was pretty close to how they described it ("new condition"). There are a few tiny flaws in the paint, but nothing like you have. Not apples to apples obviously. I bought my Ford GT sight unseen, and a Superformance Cobra sight unseen and I came out OK on the deals. Not saying it was smart, but have not been burned badly yet. I was trusting the reputation of the dealers involved.

I have to admit that I've been lucky that my deals worked out OK. It really was more laziness on my part because I didn't feel like flying around the country to look at cars. It really irritates me to read a story like yours. This dealer clearly new what they had and took advantage of the situation. I hope you are able to get some satisfaction, but other than the dealer taking the car back and refunding all of your money, I don't see a happy ending. Hope something works out for you.

I'd give the Arizona dealer a call to see if he'll refund the car. If he gives you the run-around, then I'd take Kayvan's advice. Based on your thread, I wouldn't expect an honest resolution from the Arizona dealer. Just dump it and move on.

There is more that I am not posting at this time.

Should have kept my GT...

Just your write-up here alone is VERY well organized and I think should be sufficient in itself to get some action moving. Obviously that hasn't been the case and I sincerely sympathize with your situation.
