I finally received my car on Thursday. I ordered it on December 30th but it got held up in "Extended QC" and then sat a bit longer than normal up at the rail yard in Kansas City. I'm really impressed with this car...it's an upgrade from my 2011 Shelby GT500 without the extra power. Very quiet and responsive. I'm still getting used to the IRS though...the ass end seems to wiggle a bit when I throw her into a corner.
She's yellow...5.0 Premium with 50th Anniversary package and Performance Package...I ordered it fully loaded. The windows got some tint Friday and this coming Wednesday she goes in to get the stack of goodies I ordered installed. I'm also having it black striped exactly like the GT. Parts going on so far are:
MRT cat back exhaust
Eibach Sport Pro suspension kit
Roush side scoops
Roush tail spoiler
Hood lift assists
JLT cold air intake (painted to match Triple Yellow)
SCT iTSX tuner and Lund "box" tune
I may upgrade the shifter, even though the stock one is pretty damned nice. I grabbed a Barton shifter for my GT500 to help cure the 1-2 shift issue, but I haven't installed it yet. Seems like a good quality product...so I may put one on the 2015.
