MVP 2014 track time schedule.

I will be at Autobahn the 4th with Boss 302S, be sure and come by Scooter. DO Not get a MC helmet. Must have a Snell 2005 or 2010 auto helmet. If you wear glasses the open face works better, if you don't were glasses get a full face. Try to get a liner/hood to were to keep sweat out of helmet liner. MVP and most other track day demand the Snell 2005 or 2010. (May not even make 2005 any more). See you there, will save you spot by RV.

Scooter, I forgot if you go to MVP web site you can get discount from Northstar motor sports. Just get a name brand helmet. Any Snell rated helmet will work, prices range all over the place $300 to $400 will get you good one. If you get the bug Bill Dickie and I are going to Gingerman Aug. 9&10, not to far from Chicago near Highland MI.

Get a 2010 Snell helmet. 05's expire in 2015, I think.

Thanks, I will definitely stop by the RV! Just read from the MVP web site I didn't realize they had a question and answer section so that was helpful. Do I need to cover up headlights and or the front end for protection?

Yes driving the GT just finished the oil change and repaired my turn signal..if I only had a valid license plate I'd be good!

Has anyone tried this 3M spray to protect the front end? If it doesn't hurt the paint I'm thinking this may be good before track day.

Blake, Bill and John, thank you for the resort like experience and hospitality today! Having lunch in the air conditioned RV sure beats the hot parking lot! Mark really does run a class act. Thanks for all your help today!

Glad you came and got your first on-track experience! You really jumped right into the fun. And Mark at MVP does put on a very good track event. The FGT is really at home on the twisties and there was always an admiring crowd around the GT.

Hope to see you at more upcoming events as you get more track time in her. And at R9 in Las Vegas!

MVP Track Time (www.MVPTrackTime.com) is very excited about our 6th annual “Flyin’ Turkey Trot” track weekend November 22-23, 2014.
