Both entertaining. I'm more inclined to agree with the former. I don't think finishing the GT after 2 years is all bad, but I think it's stupid not to follow it with a successor. I enjoy Mustangs for what they are, but it seems patronizing to say a solid-axle muscle car is taking up the performance mantle...

Almost every fact in those articles is wrong.

The plan was always to end production 8/31/06

The car is not "sold out."

Last year's production run was not 1302, it was about twice that.

I was scared to death..I signed all the paperwork and they said here you go..just drive it out that door and have fun..OH CRAP! what the hell!

Got down the road ok...alright feeling better about this..ok now on the highway...ok up the ramp..first to 40 then second ok clean now gas and over to fast lane>>>HOLY CRAP I'M GOING 100 and I am not out of 3rd yet.>>YIKES!!!!

I haven't come down off the cloud yet...lots of people taking pictures and everyone at my office was laughing at all the people that kept coming into the lot to look at the car.

GET THE CAR..HAVE FUN..you only live once and you can't take it with you.
