Im interested in the KB setup with a 2.5 pulley. I keep hearing of belts slipping with JUST switching the pulleys on the stock setup... thanks.....
Anybody out there have a KB snout setup?

That's why KB also offers a power steering pump spacer. The 2.5" certainly spins the blower faster which builds more heat (which is why the KB snout has a breather). Personally, for the minimal gains going from a 2.75 to a 2.5" pulley, for the money and the extra heat, it may make sense to just go with the 2.75" pulley.
