Did anyone see the history of Ford racecars ad on Fox yesterday during the nascar race? There was a Thunderbolt, a red GT40 and then they were all passed by the polished aluminum GR1. Someone is teasing us.

I found it interesting the red MKIV in the add, raced, won and is displayed at Ford with the #1 but in the add it's #4.

Are you talking about the commercial where the focus is being chased by all these cars. If so, I know they took the gt 40 out of I believe the petersen museum here. A guy named Andy armstrong was the stunt coordinator of that commercial and my buddy Keith Adams doubled the actor driving the focus. I'll see what info and possible pics I can get and post them.

For me, that is the 2nd coming of the Shelby Daytona Coupe. That car would be at the absolute top of my automobile priority list.
