Is anyone w/ the short throw shifter installed going to be at the Fun Ford Weekend at Cal. Speedway on 10/21 and 10/22? I'd love to feel the shifting action before putting one on.

HeritageBruce - You will definitely notice a difference just sitting in the car with the shifter but the biggest difference is when you drive obviously as you can feel it as you going down the road!

I don't mind reducing the throw. But I we reduce the cross-gate, how in the world are we going to find first instead of third????????

No I have not installed mine yet; soon however the cross gate action should not be reduced in fact maybe increased because the shifter shaft is perfectly straight and the fulcrum below the pivot point is what had to have been made longer as such the side to side should not be affected motion, only forward and back motion.

Just to let everyone know we are now sold out of the Ford Racing shifters we had in stock. Have 5 more on the way with 2 already sold. They are going fast and we made another order today for them. We are told Ford Racing is running low on the 100 they had made so if they run out we may not have any for awhile again like these last ones.
