Dr. Roger D. Vincent is a liaison for business and industry and works for the Workforce
Solutions Division of the Owensboro Community and Technical College. Previously, he
owned Organizational Development Solutions, LLC, an organizational development and
human resources consulting firm located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Dr. Vincent holds
a doctoral degree from The Ohio State University in Labor and Human Resources as well
as a masters (Counseling/Psychology) and a bachelors (Psychology/English) degree from
Western Kentucky University.
