Windshield washer tank filler cap

I need a cap for my windshield washer tank. Ford only sells a filler cap / neck assembly for $105.00. I really hate having to pay $105.00 for a cap that shouldn't cost more than a few bucks. Any suggestions?

May be the Mustang parts are cheaper. Dont know if they would fit, but worth a try.
