Mac Radio Connectors with pictures and signal descriptions, where to buy them?

Does anyone know where to buy the following connectors for the Mac Radio and amp? I would rather make a conversion wiring harness than to hack the car's wiring.

#1 is C240 which is used to connect to the Mac Radio, it plugs into the Mac Radio

#2 is C3154a is used to connect to the amp (signals and speaker output).

#3 is 3154b is used to connect to the amp (power).
