The core part of my company FPN is resale of Genuine Ford parts and Accessories. I have access to the cataloging system as well so if anyone in here needs any of this stuff from me or needs diagrams and/or part numbers please get a hold of me and I will do whatever I can to help out !

This part does not exist! (as per 2 Ford dealerships. Does not show on any of their look ups. So, they are unable to order without a part number.) Need 4 of the fasteners that hold down the panel to the front and above the passenger side floor mat.
Any help would be appreciated.
John.

OK Torrie, I need a part number so I can tell my dealership to order it for warranty. On the clamshell, the spring loaded hook that keeps the clamshell from flying open. Apparently the spring in one of mine has broken and slipped and the hook extends too far forward, so when you close the clamshell, the hook ends up in front of the latch and won't close.
The service manual shows the piece under the heading of latches, but does not identify it or give a number.
Thanks Frank

Moose, I believe it's called a Dzus fastener. Go to your local Harley dealer and tell the parts guys you want to see the quick release fastener that holds the saddlebags onto a Road King. It's the same fastener but I can't guarantee the length.
If they don't have it in stock, ask them to pull one out of a bike on the floor so you can compare it to one from the GT.
Let me know if it works.
Good luck
Keith

I would need a price list with part numbers. Do you know if this would be available?
Thanks

I have to look up part numbers one by one and the prices change all the time. I pay monthly fees for the software to do this as it stands.
That's why I put this out here.
